Terms of Service

SingNaija is a Nigerian AI music creation service. It uses artificial intelligence to draft lyrics and to render full audio songs based on the details you provide (recipient name, occasion, language, music style and other choices). It is built for personal use cases like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, church services, school events, NGO campaigns, businesses and content creators.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SingNaija. If you create songs on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

• You are responsible for keeping your Studio PIN and email access secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You may not share your account with others or let anyone else use your credits without your permission.
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing singnaija3@gmail.com.

• SingNaija runs on a credit system. New accounts receive a set of welcome credits to try the service.
• Additional credits are purchased in Nigerian Naira through Paystack. Prices are shown on the top-up page at the time of purchase.
• Demo (welcome) credits are spent first; paid credits take over once those are used up.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active and are tied to your account — they are not transferable to other accounts.
• Credits and any cash value associated with your account are not a financial instrument, are not redeemable for cash, and are not insured.

• If our system fails to draft your lyrics or render your audio because of a technical fault on our side, the credits you spent for that step are automatically refunded to your account.
• Credits that you have already successfully spent on a completed lyrics draft or a completed audio render are non-refundable, because the underlying AI compute has already been paid for.
• If you believe you were charged in error, email singnaija3@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (the recipient name, occasion, story and any custom prompts), and you may use the lyrics and audio that SingNaija generates for you for personal, commercial, religious, educational and promotional purposes.

You agree not to use SingNaija to create content that:

• Is illegal under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or targets a specific person without their consent.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, or self-harm.
• Impersonates real artists, public figures, brands or organisations in a way that misleads listeners.
• Infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Is intended for political disinformation or election manipulation.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this section, without refund.

The lyrics and audio SingNaija produces are generated by AI models. They are provided "as is". We do our best to make the output authentic to Naija sound and culture, but we cannot guarantee that any particular song will match your expectations exactly. You are free to regenerate (each regeneration uses credits) or to edit the lyrics before audio is rendered.

We work hard to keep SingNaija available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out planned maintenance, change features, or pause parts of the service for reasons including security, abuse prevention, and upstream provider outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, SingNaija is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

The SingNaija name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the property of the SingNaija team. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Service itself. This does not restrict your ownership of the songs you create through the Service.

You can stop using SingNaija at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, attempts to abuse the system (for example, fraudulent payments or automated scraping), or that has been inactive for a long period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified to you through the service. Continued use of SingNaija after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
